My initial decision to work with Ron was fairly simple. Long story short, I needed help selling my mothers house. I went online filled out a few forms and got NON STOP text messages and calls from websites I found. I mean sure I signed up for them, but then I got completely overwhelmed. Rons team reached out initially as well, however then they followed up after a few days with no pressure. I made an appointment with Ron to come see the house thinking he was going to walk through and just spit back a number that is close to what the internet seems to think its valued at. What I instead got was a super thorough estimate for what we could list at. A detailed market analysis with a page by page explanation. Ron is not only clearly very knowledgeable, but he is very easy to talk to and explains things in ways that you can understand. He was able to give us some advice on things we could do to make the property more attractive. Then he was able to secure a cash offer that went above our asking price. I could not have imagined a smoother transaction. Closing was able to be handled off site, so I didn’t even have to miss work.
